Breast Augmentation
Breast Enlargement, technically known as augmentation mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure used to increase the size and shape of your breasts. By inserting a breast implant behind each breast, surgeons are able to increase a woman's bustline by one or more bra cup sizes. Women may consider having their breasts enhanced for a variety of reasons. Some of the most common include: to make their breasts more proportionate with their bodies and enhance self-esteem; to correct a reduction in breast volume after pregnancy; to reshape or enlarge breasts that have lost their shape from breast-feeding or aging; to balance asymmetrical breasts (breasts that differ significantly in size or shape); or for reconstructive purposes. Also, many women choose to have their breasts enlarged in order to satisfy their desire for a fuller bustline.
As a part of your consultation with Dr. Barry Schwartz, you will have the opportunity to try on breast implant sizers so that you can determine what you feel looks best for your body. "In doing over one hundred breast augmentation procedures a year, I have found that this is the most accurate way for you, the patient, to have a reasonable idea of what you will look like at the completion of the healing period."

Tummy Tuck
Abdominoplasty, also known as a "tummy tuck," is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin, fat, and, in some cases, to tighten the muscles of the abdominal wall. The procedure can dramatically reduce the appearance of a protruding abdomen and can be used to remove scars or stretch marks in the lower third of the abdomen.
The best candidates for abdominoplasty are men or women who are in relatively good shape but are bothered by a fat deposit or loose abdominal skin that won't respond to diet or exercise. The surgery is particularly helpful to women who, through multiple pregnancies, have stretched their abdominal muscles and skin beyond the point where it can return to normal. Men and women who have lost a significant amount of weight through diet and exercise or surgery are also excellent candidates for the procedure. The abdominoplasty produces a dramatic, but natural looking result, that many patients find extremely satisfying.
At Weston Center for Plastic Surgery, patients can also consider the following types of Tummy Tuck procedures:
Mini Abdominoplasty (Mini Tummy Tuck)
Skin-Only Abdominoplasty

Liposuction
Liposuction, also known as lipoplasty or liposculpture, is a surgical procedure used to improve the contours of the body by removing excess fat deposits from specific areas such as the abdomen, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, upper arms, upper chest, back and neck. Liposuction should not be used as a substitute for dieting and exercise, but should be used to remove those stubborn areas that don’t respond to conventional weight-loss methods.
